What you share with us
Contact forms ask for your name, email address, topic, and message. Teacher applications also ask about your expertise, experience, proposed course, portfolio, learner ages, preferred format, and teaching arrangement. Please do not include children’s names, dates of birth, identity documents, or sensitive information.
Why we use it
We use information you submit to answer your enquiry, review a teaching application, and discuss appropriate next steps. Sending an application does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
How messages are handled
When form delivery is enabled, messages are sent through Resend to the Deen Skills receiving mailbox. This website does not maintain a separate application database. Resend, our email provider, and our hosting provider may process information needed to deliver and protect their services. We do not display your submissions publicly.
Hosting and website requests
The website is designed for hosting on Vercel. Hosting services may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to deliver the website and protect it from abuse. The forms use a short-lived, in-memory limit to reduce repeated requests.
Cookies, fonts, and analytics
This version of the marketing website does not add advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or nonessential cookies. Fonts and artwork are served with the website. The motion preference is kept only in memory while a page is open. Our Deen Skills Learning portal has separate privacy and cookie information for its account and course services.
Young learners
Course enrolment for learners under 18 should be managed by a parent or guardian. This public website is not intended to collect learner profiles. If you believe a child has sent personal information in error, contact us so we can address it.
Access and privacy questions
Contact us to ask about information you have submitted or to request its correction or deletion. Applicable rights depend on your location and the circumstances. Records may need to be retained where there is a legitimate operational or legal requirement.
