DEEN SKILLS · WEBSITE INFORMATION
A respectful
place to learn.
Young people learn best when they know what is expected and how to raise a concern. These principles guide how we want the Deen Skills community to learn together.
Respect comes first
Treat classmates and teachers with dignity. Bullying, harassment, discriminatory abuse, sexual content, and threats have no place in a class or learning space.
Keep personal information private
Do not post home addresses, private contact details, passwords, or another person’s information. Ask permission before sharing anyone’s work, image, voice, or class contribution outside the learning space.
Use the agreed learning channels
Keep course communication within the channels approved for that course. Parents or guardians should know which tools a younger learner is using and how to get support.
Choose an appropriate course
Follow the published age requirements, prerequisites, and live-class instructions. Membership does not override these requirements.
Raise a concern
Use our contact page to report conduct that concerns you. Include enough detail to help us understand what happened, without sending sensitive information in your first message. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
Teacher expectations
Teachers should keep clear professional boundaries, use age-appropriate materials, follow the agreed communication process, and raise concerns with Deen Skills.
Before live learning begins
Course-specific communication, recording, and reporting arrangements will be shared before classes begin. Parents and learners should read these instructions alongside the course requirements.
